How much is the shipping fee?

We offer FREE worldwide shipping!

When will my order arrive?

There is no definite and fixed number of days for the arrival of the product. Please allow around 15-30 business days for the product to arrive to you.

 Can I cancel my order once it is placed?

As soon as you place your order, we immediately process it in our inventory so unfortunately, you cannot cancel placed orders. Be 100% sure about purchasing the product before proceeding to checkout.

Do you have a return policy?

Please refer to the Terms of Service page for our return policy and for other concerns.

How do I proceed through the checkout process?

Once you have finished adding items to your Cart, simply click the “Check Out” button on the Shopping Bag page and we will guide you through the checkout process.

Product Specific Questions: 

How do I charge the TouchBlend Blender?

Simply plug the Blender into a USB power source. This could be your computer, your phone charger, or even a car charger. See? Efficiency!

How long will the battery last?

Depending on what you blend, it will last 10-12 blends. This is a huge improvement from our old blender that only lasted 5 blends!

My blender isn't working. I just took it out of the box.

We ask that you kindly charge the blender before using it. When being shipped it tends to lose some power, so you must charge it so that it can work to its full potential.

How do I clean it?

This part is easy. Just put water and soap into the TouchBlend and hit blend. Rinse out, and it will be ready to use once again!
